17. I would like to change my Exam date, my practical batch/date. Is that possible?

  • End term schedule is fixed for Non Theory/ Theory Examinations

18. What if I missed my examination?

  • Appear in next/ corresponding TERM - Odd- Odd & Even - Even

19. Will I be able to go to the toilet, eat or drink during the Examination?

  • Going to restroom is allowed only once- Time Limit- 6 minutes

20. What can I do if I think that my results are incorrect?

  • Apply for Xerox through student portal – Refer to timelines/ exam circular

21. Can I leave an exam if I finish early?

  • Minimum duration – 1 Hrs.

22. What happens if I am late for my Exam?

  • Max allowed late entry – 30 Minutes

23. What happens if I forget my Hall ticket on the day of my Exam?

  • Download again from student portal- Take a print from library/ With fine from exam branch

24. Where can I find the current Theory and practical Examination timetable?

FAQ - Accounts

1. How to access my student portal?

You can access the student portal by clicking the below URL
URL: https://erpsrm.com/srmhonline/studentportal/loginManager/youLogin.jsp
Username: Student code
Password: Password is your date of birth (Format: dd/mm/yyyy) - If you're logging in for the first
time use DOB as password or else continue using your existing credentials.

2. How to reset my student portal password?

In student portal login page, there is an option to rest your password.

3. Student portal is not working

Please contact Accounts / ERP department.

4. My portal shows payment failed but bank account is debited

Please wait for one additional day because banks take 24 to 48 hrs. to credit the beneficiary account. If problem persists then contact Accounts Department.

5. My portal shows verify transaction but I am unable to verify

Please wait for few hours & retry. If problem persists then contact Accounts Department.

6. I cannot pay from portal through SBI bank

Please use PAYTM, Razor pay for payments

7. How can I pay my fees partial through portal?

You can edit the Tuition fees cell & pay your desired amount

8. I paid my fees but portal not updated

Please allow 24 to 48 hrs. for the amount to be credited to university account. If problem persists then contact Accounts Department

9. Admit card not generated in portal

This may be due to many reasons. If problem persists then contact your EXAM CELL/HOD

10. Exam results not visible in portal

Please contact accounts department/Exam cell. This may be due to fee dues pending, if any

11. Scholarship amount not reflected in Portal

Please make sure you have registered your name for scholarship in case of Fresher’s. For seniors, please check whether you fulfil the criteria for continuation of Scholarship. Contact Accounts if problem persists.

12. I am having technical difficulties paying on line what can I do?

Please try any of the following:

  • Make sure your device has a good Wi-Fi or data connection.
  • Verify that cookies are enabled in your browser.
  • Make sure that pop-up windows are allowed in your browser.
  • Try using a different browser.

13. My credit/debit card keeps being declined what can I do?

Please try any of the following:

  • Kindly ensure you have enough funds in your account
  • Kindly check with your card issuer to make sure there is sufficient approved limit is enabled to spend on line in a single transaction? If there is a lesser limit approved by your card provider, you can make partial payments.
  • Contact your bank to make sure the card scheme is allowed to be used for online payments. Many prepaid card schemes are not allowed to be used online.
  • Look at other options of our payment gateways to use instead

14. How do I know if the University have received my payment?

Please try any of the following:

  • Students can check to see if a payment has been received by logging onto the student portal.
  • Depending on the payment method, it takes different length of time to reflect, but all payment methods supported by the College / University will be shown within 2 working days from the date of payment.
  • If your payment does not reflect after this period of time, then we would advise do contact accounts team to provide them with the payment details with the payment reference, so the matter can be looked into quickly

15. Can I pay the tuition fees through NEFT/RTGS?

No. Student / Parent should pay their fees only through our student portal.
