    We invite researchers, scholars, practitioners, and experts in the field of law or interested researchers from other discipline to contribute their original research articles, case studies, and critical analyses.

    Important Dates:

    1. Release of Call for Papers: 21 January, 2026
    2. Send the Abstracts (500 words) on or before: 25th March, 2026 (early submissions will be preferred)
    3. Notification of acceptance of abstracts: 30th March, 2026
    4. Final manuscript submission: 1st May, 2026
    5. Final acceptance after plagiarism and editorial review: 1st August, 2026
    6. Publication of Journal by the end of OCTOBER 2026

The SRMUH LAW REVIEW (SRMLR) is the journal of the Faculty of Law at SRM University Delhi-NCR Sonepat. SRMLR has the aim to further the legal scholarship by publishing original articles from scholars and professionals in the field. Exceptional writings from students of law may also be accepted by the Editorial Team. The Journal aspire to provide exhaustive analysis, discussion, and insight into the ever-evolving landscape of legal issues and is dedicated to explore and catalyse legal developments in today’s dynamic global landscape. The objective of the Journal is to initiate deliberations on emerging social, ethical and legal concerns in the context of contemporary social, political, and technological realities.


FACULTY OF LAW, SRMUH

Faculty of Law is one of the faculties at the vibrant SRMUH family which offers professional courses recognized by the Bar Council of India (BCI). As a Centre of Excellence in Law, we further the vision of our university to “emerge as a leading world-class university that creates and disseminates knowledge upholding the highest standards of instructions. Along with academic excellence and skills, our curricula impart integrity and social sensitivity to transform our graduates who are best suited to serve the nation and the world”. Studying in a multidisciplinary university offers several opportunities to our students to collaborate with other faculties and departments on projects, skill-based courses and assignments.

As per the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, “Legal education needs to be competitive globally, adopting best practices and embracing new technologies for wider access to and timely delivery of justice”. Technology has impacted every sector so is the legal profession. Today’s professionals shall be aware about the interface of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning. We offer exposure to these courses through our Computer Science Department. Our curricula reflect this vision of NEP as well as the latest developments in the legal sector. We at the Faculty of Law cater to a diverse group of students especially focusing upon curating their life skills ready for competitive legal profession.

Faculty is committed towards promoting research and excellence in legal studies. Faculty of Law has established the following Centres to undertake teaching, research and capacity building activities in the five subject areas in which it offers Honours specialisation in UG and PG Level as well as two Centres on IPR and ADR with broader mandate. Faculty also houses the Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Chair on Justice – Social, Economic and Political.
