General Instructions for the students attending 3rd Convocation

1. No one will be allowed into the venue after 0830 Hrs. (0830 AM)
2. DRESS CODE- Formal
3. Students/ Graduates and parents/ guardians/ relatives (accompanying graduates), must carry Govt. identity proof- Aadhar Card/ Voter ID Card (NO ENTRY without ID Proof)
4. No mobiles Phones allowed on the DIAS
5. Items such as briefcase/handbag/any kind of arms/camera etc., will not be permitted in the venue
6. Mobile phones should be switched off/ Airplane mode at the venue. It is advisable to avoid bringing them to the venue
7. Drone- NOT Allowed
8. Registered, fee paid, but Not attending candidates can collect their degree certificates from exam branch on or after 11-11-2025, in person or authorise someone to collect (Authorization letter attached) Download authorization letter
