ThinkTECH: STEM Orator’s Society under the Faculty of Engineering and Technology successfully organized “WordWeave: Random Tech Storytelling Competition” on 8th May 2026. The event aimed to encourage students to explore the intersection of technology, creativity, and storytelling through imaginative narratives based on random technological prompts.

The competition witnessed enthusiastic participation from students across various departments. Participants were challenged to create engaging and original stories using randomly assigned technology-related words intermixed with general-category words. The event provided a vibrant platform for young writers to showcase their creativity, critical thinking, and narrative skills while reflecting on the growing influence of technology in everyday life.

The event commenced with a formal welcome address delivered by the organizing committee, highlighting the significance of storytelling in the digital age. The rules and evaluation criteria were then explained to the participants. Contestants were given a limited time to develop stories based on randomly generated prompts, which added spontaneity and excitement to the competition.
