My current research focuses on AI-driven multi-faceted resource management models for industrial cloud computing environments. The work addresses critical challenges such as energy-efficient virtual machine placement, workload prediction, straggler task identification, and sustainable resource utilization in large-scale, heterogeneous cloud data centres. Advanced computational intelligence techniques, including deep learning, evolutionary multi-objective optimization (NSGA-III), and federated learning, are employed to enhance system performance, scalability, and privacy preservation. Real-world datasets such as the Google Cluster Data are used for experimental validation, demonstrating significant improvements in energy consumption, execution time, resource utilization, and carbon emission reduction. The research aims to develop practical, scalable, and sustainability-aware cloud resource management frameworks aligned with industrial and academic requirements.
