  • Optimization, extraction, and LC-MS/MS–based quantification of bioactive metabolites from Indian edible macroalgae and functional foods, along with evaluation of phytochemical content, antioxidant potential, antimicrobial activity, bioaccessibility, and cytotoxicity (MTT assay)
  • Development and characterization of functional foods and beverages
  • In vivo and in vitro biological evaluation of functional foods, including assessment of protective effects against oxidative stress and toxicants
  • Food Processing Technologies for Bioactive Retention and Stability
