Corporate Law, Insolvency Law, Space Law, and International Law, with a focus on corporate governance, financial restructuring, and the evolving legal frameworks governing global and emerging domains.

Academic Experience / Industrial Experience

She is currently associated in legal practice, with experience in Corporate Law, Civil and Commercial Litigation, Matrimonial Disputes, Criminal Defence, and Preventive Compliance. Her work involves legal research, drafting of pleadings, contracts, notices, petitions, and appeals, along with assisting in litigation strategy and client consultations. She has also gained diverse exposure through internships with law firms, advocates, and institutions, covering areas such as corporate litigation, criminal law, family law, cyber law, and constitutional law.

Achievements / Awards / Recognitions

She is UGC-NET (Law) Qualified for Ph.D. in December 2024 and was awarded a 100% Academic Scholarship for her B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) at Amity University, Haryana. She is the recipient of the Shri Baljit Shastri Award for academic excellence and cultural contribution and graduated as a Silver Medallist with a CGPA of 9.5/10. She has been recognised for Academic Excellence in her LL.M. at O.P. Jindal Global University. She was also invited as a Judge for the 4th National Moot Court Competition, Noida International University (2024), and emerged as the Winner of the India Round of the 7th Prof. N. R. Madhava Menon Mooting Competition (2021). In addition, she has earned multiple accolades in debating, Model United Nations, sports, and cultural events at the university level.
