Research profile

  • Actively participating as one of the Investigators for Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) project (Sponsored by DST, IISER, RSC, British Council, etc.). The major role is to study the marketing and economic aspects of antibiotic consumption and sale and its effect on the population
  • Involved in the preparation of the White Paper of AMR (Mar’ 24)
  • Guiding 5 PhD Scholars for their thesis
  • Invited as a speaker at the “Thought Leaders Forum on AMR and delivered the talk on, “Antibiotic use and AMR – Market Analysis” at India Habitat Centre on 14th and 15th November 2022”. This is the international think tank forum to come up with a policy paper to combat AMR in India and UK
  • Active member of “Thought Leadership Forum (TLF) on AMR: http://srmuniversity.ac.in/ website/ antimicrobial-resistance-in-India
  • Actively working on a project “Multivitamins” which is to analyse vitamin usage and its effect • Actively working toward achieving “Sustainable Development Goals” through different projects with multiple organizations
