Research Interests

Integrated nutrient management, nutrient use efficiency, soil fertility, herbicide fate and persistence, pesticide–soil interactions, soil microbial biomass and enzymatic activity, nutrient leaching and volatilization losses, biological nitrification inhibition (BNI), soil physical, chemical & biological properties, nitrogen management practices, soil health assessment, STCR (Soil test crop response), crop residue management, forestry, Sustainable agriculture, organic amendments, soil salinity and alkalinity, water–nutrient interactions and environmental protection in intensive agriculture.
